In 2018 ICF Next implemented Deltek CostPoint to support project-level accounting and centralized financial workflows as an ERP Financial solution. Deltek CostPoint was configured to support project financial management capabilities including financial reporting and analysis, month end financial reporting distribution to project managers, client invoicing and collections workflows, subcontractor invoice management and approval, and ad hoc reporting. The implementation also included customer and Statement of Work setup processes captured through the Webvantage system as part of the accounting configuration.
The program included migration activities and testing for Costpoint 2.0 in Chicago and Minneapolis, with validation scenarios around month end close, invoice approval, and subcontractor payment submission to accounts payable.
