Microsoft Microsoft Dynamics AX Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2023 2024
In 2023 Icon Group migrated its finance and procurement estate to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. The programme moved all Icon Group companies from Microsoft Dynamics AX to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, with the project initiated in July 2023 and extending into a wrap up phase in August 2024. The implementation configured core Finance, Expense and Procure to Pay components within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations application. The project team leaned heavily into business data migration activities to ensure complete, accurate and current master and transactional data was loaded for go live, and standard financial workflows and expense management processes were adjusted to align with the new application modules. Integrations and automation were implemented using the Azure PowerApps platform to orchestrate extensions and process automation alongside Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. The rollout covered operational sites across 160 Pharmacy, Icon Cancer, Research and Compounding locations across Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK, and materially impacted finance, procurement and expense management functions across those sites. Governance and delivery used a Sure Step Agile delivery methodology, emphasising a business driven approach that prioritised early value realisation and the quickest path to production. The programme emphasised a culture of learning, tailored communications to end users and executives, and a project cadence that supported heavy data migration activities and staged rollout across the multi country operational footprint, and these controls supported the stated outcome of helping Icon Group achieve its goals and transform their processes.

Cisco Systems Legacy Cisco Webex Meetings Audio Video and Web Conferencing Collaboration n/a 2020 2020
In 2020 Icon Group embedded Cisco Webex Meetings on its public website, adopting Cisco Webex Meetings in the Audio Video and Web Conferencing category to centralize web-based meeting access for external and internal stakeholders. The implementation aligns the application with clinical collaboration and corporate communications across the healthcare organization. The deployment emphasizes browser-based join flows and hosted conferencing sessions available from the website. The Cisco Webex Meetings configuration leverages standard Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities including real-time video and audio, screen sharing, scheduling, and meeting recording to support staff coordination and remote consultations. Integrations with internal clinical systems or enterprise directories are not disclosed in source materials, so governance details are focused on web access controls and scheduling workflows visible on the website. Operational coverage is scoped to web-delivered meeting services accessed through Icon Group's site rather than explicit internal-only deployments.
