In 2020 Beaulieu International Group implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as part of a Core HR modernization to support approximately 5,000 employees across 27 plants in 16 countries. The project was aligned to four strategic goals, including creating a digital road and a talent first environment, and was executed with system integrator Flexso for People leading the assessment and phased delivery.
The implementation was organized into waves, with Employee Central deployed first to establish standardized HR data models, updated HR policies and country specific processes. Core capabilities configured within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central included Contingent Workforce Management, Global Assignments and Concurrent Employment to manage the total workforce and improve headcount and FTE reporting, alongside payroll integration and an integration with Active Directory for identity and user provisioning.
After Employee Central went live, Flexso for People added SAP Analytics Cloud to refine the standard HR story and transform it into a consolidated B.I.G. story, enriching reporting and analytics for faster decision making. The program later extended to additional SuccessFactors modules and adjacent systems, covering Recruitment, Succession and Development, and linked expense management through Concur to close the gap between Finance and HR, while SAP Jam was introduced as a collaborative platform for local and international HR managers.
Governance and change management were core to the rollout, starting with an HR maturity assessment and mapping of operating model changes, followed by stakeholder management, international kick off workshops, user adoption campaigns and the development of tutorials and short e learning clips. Flexso provided ongoing HR transformation consulting and hands on support to ensure uptake, while preserving the human elements of people management as transactional tasks were automated.
Explicit outcomes reported after the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central deployment included increased efficiency, quicker response time and improved reliability of HR processes enabling a shift from transactional work to strategic people management. Centralized reporting and analytics delivered faster decision making, collaboration and greater visibility between Beaulieu International Group offices, and the implementation supported compliance with legislation including data privacy laws.

Beaulieu International Group deployed SAP Analytics Cloud as an Analytics and BI platform to centralize HR reporting and turn standard HR reporting into a consolidated B.I.G. story for people management across its global sites.
The SAP Analytics Cloud implementation was configured to refine the standard HR story, enrich it with Employee Central master data, and deliver centralized dashboards and story-based analytics. Configuration work emphasized data model mapping from Employee Central, combining contingent workforce, global assignments and concurrent employment attributes to support headcount and FTE reporting, and assembling curated HR stories for managers and HR business partners.
Integrations were executed in sequence, with SAP Analytics Cloud added after Employee Central went live. The solution leveraged payroll integrations and Active Directory connectivity already established for Employee Central, and was aligned with collaboration tooling such as SAP Jam and adjacent finance tooling including Concur for expense flows. Flexso for People acted as the implementation partner, delivering a wave based rollout and embedding SAP Analytics Cloud into the existing HR application landscape.
Governance and rollout included change management led by Flexso, stakeholder management, international kick off workshops, and creation of tutorials and short e learning clips to drive adoption. The work covered HR and people management functions across approximately 5,000 employees in 27 plants over 16 countries. Reported outcomes from the initiative included increased HR efficiency and reliability, faster decision making through centralized reporting and analytics, improved visibility and transparency between offices, and enhanced compliance with data privacy and local legislation, with ongoing advisory support from Flexso.
