Configuration focused on core applicant tracking capabilities common to the Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System category, including job requisition management, career site job posting, candidate profile capture, screening rules, and workflow automation for candidate progression. The implementation standardized requisition templates and configured role-based workflows to route candidates through screening, interview scheduling, and selection stages.
The Oracle Taleo Cloud Service instance was integrated with ifm’s public careers portal to host job postings and manage inbound applicant data, enabling HR teams and hiring managers to access candidate records through the Taleo applicant portal. Operational coverage emphasized recruiting and hiring functions across the manufacturing organization, consolidating vacancy publication and applicant tracking into a single system of record.
Governance centered on centralized ATS administration, controlled user roles for HR and hiring managers, and formalized requisition approval and hiring workflows to ensure consistent process execution. Oracle Taleo Cloud Service was positioned to enforce recruitment process controls and to provide a unified framework for applicant lifecycle management within ifm.
