In 2012, Ike Assistance implemented Intelexion HCM. Ike Assistance implemented Intelexion HCM Core HR to centralize talent management, candidate processing and employee lifecycle workflows for an 800 employees professional services firm operating in Mexico.
The Intelexion HCM deployment emphasized candidate validation, structured follow up and feedback capabilities, and a trainee program talent attraction track led by a designated project leader. Configuration included workflow orchestration for hiring, discharges, withdrawals and incident tracking, and parameterized approval paths to operationalize candidate feedback and trainee intake processes.
Transactional HR events were recorded and coordinated through the Intelexion ERP as part of the Intelexion HCM implementation, enabling a single record of hiring and separation activity. Operational coverage spanned HR operations, talent acquisition and training program management across the organization in Mexico, with the system serving as the primary Core HR application.
Governance established a project leader for the trainee program and formalized follow up and feedback governance for candidate validation, aligning HR and talent management teams.
