Functional capabilities emphasized checkout transaction processing, centralized transaction logging, and data consolidation to support cross border operational control and reporting. Operational scope focused on furniture checkouts and retail store operations across the 25 country footprint, shifting POS management toward a centralized operations model to reduce rollout and operational complexity. Governance and rollout were organized as a phased multi country program contracted in 2013 and completed through staged store activations, with the stated objective of centralizing POS operations and consolidating checkout transactions and data.
