The deployment focused on instrumenting service workflows and analytics within the platform, improving the platform based configuration and extension model for operational teams. Governance and rollout followed a defined upgrade cycle that started in October 2020 and concluded just under a year later, enabling role based personalization and faster internal development cycles. Reported outcomes from the project included reduced time to record service calls and simplified user workflows for field service teams. |
