In 2024, Inco Netherlands implemented NTI Pillr to simplify viewing, checking and sharing Revit and IFC models across office and project sites. The NTI Pillr deployment functions as a central cloud platform for models and documents, supporting BIM workflows and the 3D Modeling category for a Dutch total-installation contractor.
The implementation concentrated on core model viewing and collaboration capabilities, including centralized model storage, version control, and role-based access for Revit and IFC files. Inco configured project-level model libraries and document linking to align engineering, project management, and onsite installation teams, and plans to expand usage to additional Pillr modules such as Take‑Off to introduce quantity takeoff capability.
Operational coverage spans office teams and multiple project sites, improving communication between project teams and onsite staff and reducing costly production and installation errors. Integrations are focused on ingesting and rendering Revit and IFC formats to enable model checking and sharing within the NTI Pillr platform, preserving BIM data and project context for field use.
Governance work established centralized control over model access, standardized file review and issue resolution workflows, and phased module rollout to limit disruption. NTI Pillr was positioned as the single source of truth for BIM and 3D Modeling artifacts, with ongoing expansion planned to broaden functionality across Inco Netherlands project lifecycles.
