In 2023, Indigo Insurance implemented Duck Creek Claims as part of a Duck Creek Technologies platform initiative, positioning Duck Creek Claims within its Insurance Claims Management strategy. The deployment was executed with Aggne acting as the system integrator and included a cloud enabled, Opex focused, modular architecture selected to support a lean InsureTech operation based in the Cayman Islands.
Aggne configured a full set of Duck Creek modules, implementing Policy, Billing, Insights, and Claims modules to provide an integrated core for policy administration, premium billing, analytics, and claims handling. The implementation of Duck Creek Claims included configuration of standard claims workflows and policy linked data models, and Aggne delivered a custom out of the box API layer to expose self service capabilities directly through the insurer's website.
The custom OOTB API layer was integrated with the insurer web channels to enable customer account access, policy changes, and direct product launches, and Aggne also integrated a chatbot with the Duck Creek platform to automate customer interactions across the lifecycle. Operational coverage focused on customer service, policy administration, billing operations, and web based distribution, with the platform designed to support modular growth and third party integration patterns.
Governance and delivery were led by Aggne, aligning platform configuration with the insurer business priorities and enabling faster time to market for direct product launches via web channels. Reported outcomes from the implementation included enhanced customer self service, reduced reliance on broker channels leading to increased direct revenue, and streamlined product distribution through web channels.

In 2023, Indigo Insurance implemented Duck Creek Insights, an Analytics and BI application, as part of a cloud-enabled, Opex-focused core insurance platform. The insurer engaged Aggne as the system integrator to configure a modular Duck Creek deployment for its Cayman Islands based InsureTech startup, with an emphasis on out-of-the-box self-service capabilities and faster time to market.
Aggne configured the Policy, Billing, Insights, and Claims modules on the Duck Creek platform, embedding Duck Creek Insights for reporting, operational analytics, and lifecycle visibility across policy and claims. Configuration work included standard policy administration workflows, billing orchestration, claims intake and adjudication patterns, and analytics-driven reporting surfaces aligned to insurance operational terminology.
Aggne developed a custom out-of-the-box API layer that exposes policy and account operations to the insurer’s website, enabling self-service account access, policy changes, and direct product purchases via web channels. The implementation also integrated a chatbot with the Duck Creek platform to handle customer inquiries, assist with policy modifications, and orchestrate customer lifecycle interactions, reducing manual case handling by customer service teams.
Governance and rollout were Aggne-led, with staged configuration, testing, and operational handover to the insurer’s customer service and product teams in the Cayman Islands. The deployment delivered enhanced customer self-service through the Duck Creek Insights analytics layer and APIs, enabled direct web-based product launches that reduced broker dependency, and supported reported revenue increases tied to the new direct distribution capability.
