Integration work focused on connecting Opacc Enterprise CRM with INEVO's existing Opacc ERP so transactional hours and materials flow into finance and project calculation processes. Operational coverage centered on sales, project and service teams in Switzerland, and the centralized CRM deployment increased project transparency by providing a unified data stream for project costing and execution.
