In 2013, Ingenios Santos implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as their ERP Financial system, replacing Aspel ERP. The cloud SaaS deployment was managed by Netsoft and positioned Oracle NetSuite ERP as the primary financial and operational platform for the 70-employee Mexican consumer packaged goods company.
Configuration emphasized core ERP Financial capabilities typical for wholesale distribution, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, inventory valuation, and order to cash workflows. The implementation prioritized bundled financial modules and inventory control to centralize accounting, billing, and basic supply chain transactions for a mid-market CPG operator.
Netsoft executed the project and managed data migration from Aspel ERP into the NetSuite cloud instance while configuring access and operational roles for finance and operations teams. The cloud architecture removed the need for on-premise infrastructure, enabling a subscription based operating model with centralized administration of updates and backups.
Ingenios Santos reported that NetSuite provided a world class solution with minimal initial investment and that a cloud solution offered advantages over an on premise approach, signaling perceived benefits in deployment speed and capital expenditure. The deployment established Oracle NetSuite ERP as the authoritative ERP Financial platform supporting finance, sales order processing, and distribution operations in Mexico.

The same project leader also led the design and implementation of the SANTOS Timing System to capture time and attendance data for payroll use. The timing system was implemented to support time capture, shift schedules, and absence tracking that feed payroll calculation workflows, while governance established centralized payroll administration under a local project lead responsible for configuration, testing, and user training during rollout. Fortia Payroll Management and the SANTOS Timing System together defined operational processes for payroll and timekeeping across Ingenios Santos sites in Mexico.
