The ERP-EPM team designs and maintains API and file based integrations and leads ERP-EPM integration plans for new acquisitions, including data migration strategy, data integration analysis, and cleanup to preserve reporting accuracy. Reporting and data management responsibilities leverage Oracle Cloud ERP features such as Oracle SmartView and Oracle ODBI along with advanced SQL and Excel skills to produce dashboards, ad-hoc analysis, and complex financial trend reports supporting finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
Operational governance is structured with a tiered support model where the Systems Administrator functions as Tier 2 support, backs up Tier 1 analysts, and escalates Tier 3 issues to third party support partners. Equifax Pre-Employment Screening was configured to orchestrate background checks and drug testing, and to feed unemployment screening workflows through Equifax unemployment. The solution was used alongside the I9 tool and E-Verify for identity and work authorization verification, and configured to capture and organize immigration documentation required for H1-B visa and Green Card filings. Functional capabilities included screening orchestration, document collection and review, and audit report generation.
Operational coverage included HR business partners, recruiters, hiring managers and foreign national employees, coordinating document compilation and case tracking across onboarding and ongoing immigration matters. Processes were formalized to maintain accurate personnel files in the HRIS system and to coordinate with management and foreign nationals to ensure completion of visa and immigration applications. A center of excellence approach within human resources was applied to resolve HR-related questions and centralize immigrant casework and compliance procedures.
The implementation produced centralized, audit-ready reports and maintained organized immigration and screening documentation that were described as instrumental for audits and compliance reviews. Equifax Pre-Employment Screening supported HR in processing and onboarding new hires through integrated pre-employment activities and verification workflows.
