Nymbus Legacy Nymbus Pay Payment Processing ERP Financial Management n/a 2019 2019
In March 2019, Inspire Federal Credit Union went live with Nymbus Pay as part of a broader Nymbus core, Internet banking, mobile banking and payment solutions deployment. Nymbus Pay is a Payment Processing application deployed to centralize payment workflows and provide unified access to transaction and account data across member channels. The implementation included the Nymbus core engine, Internet banking, mobile banking and payment modules, configured on a cloud-based architecture with open APIs to enable extensibility. Functional capabilities implemented explicitly included payments orchestration, ACH processing acceleration, and consolidated account servicing, with a single login experience to unify customer-facing and back-office access. Operational scope covered credit union retail banking functions and back-office operations, and the implementation consolidated third-party product footprints by eliminating fifteen separate technology vendors. All product and data streams were integrated into the Nymbus core, enabling ACH transaction completion to move from multi-hour cycles to minutes, and supporting remote, 100 percent operational continuity during COVID-19 through cloud-hosted tooling. Deployment governance leveraged Nymbus professional resources to manage the core migration and cutover, emphasizing stepwise conversion and vendor consolidation to reduce integration overhead. Inspire is exploring expansion of the Nymbus suite with the Lend loan origination module and SmartLaunch to stand up a separate digital brand, and the credit union reports projected cost savings and growth tied to the migration and consolidated operating model.

Nymbus Legacy Nymbus Core Core Banking ERP Services and Operations n/a 2019 2019
In March 2019, Inspire Federal Credit Union went live with Nymbus Core as its Core Banking platform. The implementation consolidated core processing with Internet banking, mobile banking, and payment solutions to unify customer-facing channels and back-office operations for the 14,000 member institution. Nymbus Core was deployed as a cloud based, API-first platform with open architecture, centralizing deposit servicing, payments orchestration, and account management into a single core. Functional components implemented at go live included Internet banking, mobile banking, payments, and the central core ledger, enabling a unified data model and simplified operational workflows. All product data streams and third party connections were consolidated into the Nymbus Core instance so integrations operate through the platform APIs, and the credit union eliminated fifteen separate technology vendors as part of the conversion. Prior to the implementation account opening processes could take up to 45 minutes and ACH transfers up to three hours, and after the Nymbus Core go live ACH processing was reduced to minutes, improving transaction flow for retail banking operations. Nymbus provided vendor implementation support during the migration which proceeded without operational disruption, enabling Inspire to perform 100 percent of its operations remotely during the COVID 19 period with a single sign on to unified banking functions. The rollout also enabled governance changes that consolidated staff priorities and simplified vendor management, and Inspire is exploring additional Nymbus modules such as the Lend loan origination solution and SmartLaunch to expand digital channels and new product experiments.
