In 2022, Inspirus implemented Acumatica Cloud ERP as its ERP Financial platform to consolidate finance, project accounting and inventory workflows. The deployment was described in company and partner materials and later presented publicly at Acumatica Summit 2023, establishing the implementation timeline and customer storytelling in early 2023.
The Acumatica Cloud ERP configuration included Manufacturing, Advanced Financials and Project Accounting modules, with commerce connectors enabled to support inventory tracking, project billing and automated invoicing processes. Acumatica Cloud ERP was used to instrument core financial ledgers, project cost tracking and order-to-cash invoicing automation consistent with ERP Financial functional patterns.
Connector support was implemented to link commerce workflows and to facilitate automated invoicing between transactional commerce events and the accounting modules. Operational coverage focused on finance, project management, inventory and commercial fulfillment processes across Inspirus, aligning project accounting with inventory and billing flows.
The implementation was led by Aim Solutions with Luke Rains named as the implementation lead in partner and press materials, reflecting partner-led delivery and customer-facing governance. Inspirus and Aim Solutions presented the work publicly at Acumatica Summit 2023, which served as the primary public reference for the 2022 implementation and subsequent customer storytelling.

This is an explicit ZeroedIn–Inspirus integration implemented within the Inspirus Engagement Platform, consuming event and program data from the platform and presenting analytics in-context to customers. The embedded architecture centralized analytics delivery inside the Inspirus user experience rather than as a separate application, supporting global client access to the same reporting surface.
Operational scope covered client-facing reporting and internal HR visibility across Inspirus customers worldwide, with governance centered on program-level reporting and analytics access for HR and engagement administrators. The deployment improved HR visibility and enabled explicit linkage of recognition and service-anniversary program data to retention, productivity and engagement outcomes without introducing additional external analytics portals.
