ZeroedIn People Analytics, categorized as Workforce Analytics, was deployed as an embedded analytics module inside the Inspirus product to surface recognition and service-anniversary program metrics to client HR teams and platform administrators. The implementation focused on functional modules for real-time analytics, configurable dashboards, and program-level reporting tied to recognition and service-anniversary workflows. ZeroedIn People Analytics delivered role-based reporting and visualization capabilities to translate engagement program events into HR-facing insights, enabling linkage to retention, productivity and engagement outcomes. This is an explicit ZeroedIn–Inspirus integration implemented within the Inspirus Engagement Platform, consuming event and program data from the platform and presenting analytics in-context to customers.
