In 2011 Instant Access implemented ADP PayForce to prepare and process weekly and monthly payroll for 250+ employees across Australia and New Zealand. ADP PayForce was deployed as the central Payroll application to support multi-jurisdictional pay runs and statutory compliance for the company’s Australian and New Zealand entities.
The implementation included configuration of core payroll processing and pay cycle scheduling, an awards and EBA rules engine to interpret and apply multiple Awards and EBAs, and employee master data management to onboard new starters and calculate termination payments. The project incorporated ezLaborManager Time and Attendance to capture hours worked and streamline payroll input into ADP PayForce.
Operational configuration supported electronic lodgement workflows and reporting for statutory liabilities including PAYG, Payroll Tax, IRD, Workers Compensation, Superannuation, and employee deductions, along with leave and industry scheme lodgements such as long service leave portals and redundancy funds. The scope also covered coordination with Finance to assist month-end reporting, preparation and lodgement of payroll statutory liabilities, and recording PPSR registrations via website with updates to internal contracts.
Governance and process changes centered on consistent staff recordkeeping, filing and archiving of payroll records and related documentation, defined workflows for new hires and terminations, and controls to ensure timely weekly and monthly payroll processing. The deployment aligned payroll operations and compliance activities across payroll and Finance functions for both countries.

In 2017, Instant Access implemented Assignar ERP as its Construction ERP to support scaffolding project management. Assignar ERP was provisioned to centralize entry of scaffolding projects and to provide a single system of record for project setup across Instant Access operations.
The implementation emphasized project and operations modules, with configuration for entering scaffolding projects into Assignar ERP, detailed job definitions, crew and equipment allocation, and scheduling. Standard Construction ERP capabilities including job scheduling, resource allocation, asset tracking, time capture, and compliance workflow configuration were applied to align site execution with back office processes. Forms and field data capture were configured for supervisors to update project status and record onsite activities.
Operational coverage included project management, operations teams, site supervisors, and administrative staff responsible for project initiation and site reporting. Governance changes established a disciplined process where scaffolding projects are created in Assignar ERP at project start, ongoing field updates are recorded in the system, and project closeout follows the same system workflow.
