In 2014, Intapp, Inc. implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP. The Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment addressed core accounts payable, expense management, and reconciliation workflows within an ERP Financial environment supporting corporate finance and accounting functions.
The implementation centered on invoice processing and financial close capabilities. Teams coded, scanned, and entered invoices into Oracle NetSuite ERP, obtained invoice approvals through configured approval workflows, and recorded geographic location metadata for each invoice to support domestic and international accounting distinctions. Cash reconciliations and general ledger activities were maintained alongside payroll bookkeeping, with Intapp and TFG Payroll books recorded as part of routine close processes.
Oracle NetSuite ERP operated alongside Concur and Bill.com for expense and payment operations, with Concur used to audit domestic and international expense reports and Bill.com used in payables workflows. Credit card account reconciliation processes included attaching receipts and cross-referencing transactions in NetSuite, reflecting coordinated use of expense management, accounts payable, and reconciliation capabilities across systems.
Operational ownership rested with finance and payroll teams, who executed approvals, receipt attachment, and reconciliations as part of standard operating procedures. Governance practices emphasized invoice-level approval routing and location tagging to ensure consistent accounting treatment, and Oracle NetSuite ERP served as the central ERP Financial system for transaction recording and reconciliations.

| ADP | Legacy | ADP Workforce Now Payroll | Payroll | HCM | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, Intapp, Inc. deployed ADP Workforce Now Payroll to centralize and standardize its payroll operations. The deployment established ADP Workforce Now Payroll as the firm’s core Payroll application supporting U.S. and international pay processing.
Configuration work focused on multistate semi monthly payroll for roughly 200 U.S. employees and a global time and attendance rollout covering about 500 employees worldwide. Implemented functional capabilities included time entry and approvals, pay calculation engines, tax withholding and remittance configuration, garnishment processing, direct deposit management, new hire and termination processing, leave of absence handling, benefits and deduction maintenance including 401k and flexible spending accounts, and payroll journal entry generation to support general ledger reconciliation.
Integrations and operational coverage were explicit in cross-border payroll coordination. ADP Workforce Now Payroll operations were coordinated with Blue Marble payroll and local payroll service providers to process international payroll for Canada, United Kingdom, Singapore and Australia for about two dozen employees, and the payroll team partnered with ADP for U.S. federal, state and local tax reporting and compliance. The implementation supported employment verifications, IRS levies, payroll inquiries, and month end and year end reconciliation and audit support workflows.
Governance and rollout emphasis centered on operational procedures and role definition within the payroll team. The program defined centralized maintenance of employee records, reconciliations of payroll related GL accounts, structured month end and year end processes, audit controls for 401k and workers compensation reviews, and a backup model to ensure continuity of payroll operations in Palo Alto headquarters while coordinating payroll across global sites.
