| IRIS Software | Legacy | IRIS CascadeHR | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 International Personal Finance implemented IRIS CascadeHR as its Core HR platform to centralize HR data management and support global HR administration. The implementation positioned IRIS CascadeHR as the authoritative HR database with a system administrator role responsible for data quality and master data governance across international markets.
Configuration and operational modules included hands on HR database administration, scheduled and ad hoc HR reporting, and KPI configuration controls to ensure consistency of workforce metrics across markets. Continuous improvement and automation of HR processes and systems were applied to reduce manual workflows, and CascadeHR was used to instrument regular HR reporting and changes to performance indicators.
The deployment integrated with payroll processing handled monthly with CGI, and the platform supported the HR Admin Team in processing BAU activities and employee queries. Operational coverage explicitly included support for global markets and coordination with the Reward Department for salary and benefit reviews, annual bonus cycles, and production of Total Reward Statements.
Governance and operating model adjustments centered on a dedicated HR Admin Team led to enforce data quality, manage Cascade as the primary HR system, and improve regular measurement of service levels. Role based administration, procedural ownership for KPI updates, and ongoing automation initiatives were used to sustain BAU delivery and reward program support within IRIS CascadeHR.

International Personal Finance implemented Temenos Infinity in 2013, deploying the Temenos Infinity platform to strengthen its customer-facing digital channels under the Digital Banking category. The program was executed under the direction of Group IT and aligned with corporate digital channel priorities for its international finance businesses.
The Temenos Infinity implementation focused on Digital Banking capabilities typical for customer engagement and servicing, including digital customer onboarding, self-service account management, multi-channel customer interactions, and configurable user experience templates. Temenos Infinity was configured to support omnichannel delivery and personalization workflows consistent with Digital Banking functional requirements.
Operational coordination for the implementation ran alongside existing mobility and field enablement initiatives managed by Group IT, which supports six international Home Credit Finance businesses and eight international Digital Finance businesses and a 33,000 person field workforce. Those mobility investments used Kony MADP, native Android applications, and Mobile Device Management to digitally enable field operations, and the Temenos Infinity rollout was aligned to these channel and device strategies to ensure consistent digital experience across web and mobile surfaces.
Governance and ongoing operational ownership remained with Group IT, with delivery responsibilities aligned to senior delivery leadership that previously managed mobility strategy and technology. Configuration, channel orchestration, and ongoing application support followed a phased governance approach across the companys international Digital Finance businesses to centralize platform management while enabling local channel variants.
