Deployment covered company wide functions across sales, operations, purchasing, finance, and customer service for the United States based distributor with approximately 50 employees. Functional workflows emphasized order to cash and procure to pay process standardization, with inventory controls and sales order orchestration tuned to distribution operations. Governance and rollout focused on phased configuration, role based security profiles, and end user training to align business processes and accelerate adoption. The project delivered CRM capability and boosted productivity for International Pipe as described in the vendor success story.
