Connect-i Legacy Opigno LMS Learning and Development HCM n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, IUCN Global Invasive Species Database implemented Opigno LMS as a Learning and Development platform to establish the IUCN Academy for global training and capacity building. The deployment framed Opigno LMS as the central Learning and Development system to support blended and multilingual course delivery across the organization. The implementation included configuration of course management, multilingual content support, blended learning workflows, user provisioning and centralized reporting capabilities. Opigno LMS was configured to host instructor led content alongside self paced modules and to surface enrollment and completion data for program managers. Opigno LMS was integrated with IUCN's Drupal content stack and with Zoom to enable synchronized virtual sessions, course registration flows and embedded course content. The operational scope was global, and the platform produced more than 3,000 user accounts and over 12 courses within the first year of operation, supporting multilingual course delivery and centralized reporting. The project was delivered rapidly in 6.5 weeks in 2021 with implementation support from Connect-i, and rollout emphasized fast provisioning and course onboarding. Governance focused on centralized course administration and reporting workflows to improve global course delivery and reporting.
