In 2017, INTM Group implemented Vyond as a central authoring tool within its Video Editing toolkit to accelerate creation of animated and narrated learning assets. The deployment was led from INTM Group headquarters in Paris by the Head of Digital and Internal Training and targeted delivery for an international employee base of approximately 1700 staff.
The implementation used Vyond to produce short form microlearning clips, blended learning video modules, and professionally produced course media that fed into a broader digital learning centre. Vyond was integrated into a production pipeline alongside Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, and Photoshop for post production and finishing, with Trello used to coordinate content creation tasks and review cycles.
Operationally the Vyond rollout was tightly coupled with the company LMS, Talent LMS, enabling direct publishing of animated content into course structures and learner journeys. The team administered the cloud based LMS while using Vyond outputs to scale training for multiple international sites, maintaining a single source for video learning assets.
Governance and process changes were driven by the Head of Digital and Internal Training, who recruited and coordinated subject matter experts and trainers, defined content standards for professional production, and managed end to end workflows from conception through publishing. The initiative was planned as part of a three year training roadmap and included upskilling trainers to author or commission Vyond based content.
Outcomes recorded in project notes include the successful introduction and management of a company wide LMS for 1700 employees and the up scaling of training content for international sites, together with establishment of a Digital learning centre that centralized Video Editing based course production.
