Epicor CRM was integrated operationally with Salesforce and SAP, with routine reconciliation and reporting across Epicor, Salesforce, and SAP environments. The integration supported synchronized customer records and consolidated monthly reports, reflecting joint use of Epicor CRM and Salesforce for customer setup and master data management.
Governance and process changes included prioritization rules for accounts based on collection impact, formalized dispute research and resolution procedures, and a conversion of all AR files to digital format to make data accessible to the Accounting Department. Process improvements implemented against payment trend analysis were intended to reduce bad-debt, while monthly reporting and cash application controls supported ongoing accounting and collections operations.
