Aptean Legacy Aptean WorkWise Manufacturing ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Iowa Spring Manufacturing implemented Aptean WorkWise. Aptean WorkWise, Apps Category , was deployed to support core manufacturing operations across production, inventory, purchasing and finance. The implementation emphasized configuration of standard ERP functional modules including material requirements planning, bill of materials management, shop floor data collection, inventory control, purchasing, sales order processing and general ledger functionality. WorkWise was configured to align production scheduling with shop floor reporting workflows and to centralize master data for parts, vendors and customers. Operational coverage targeted the companys manufacturing and back-office functions at its United States production site, with primary business functions impacted including production planning, shop floor control, inventory management, procurement, order management and financial accounting. Integrations are limited to intra-application data flows and module-level interfaces inherent to the Aptean WorkWise architecture. Governance was established around master data stewardship and role-based user access, with a phased rollout and targeted training for shop floor operators and finance users. In 2017 WorkWise hosted a Regional ERP User Group Meeting at Iowa Spring Manufacturing, reflecting vendor and customer collaboration after the 2016 deployment.
