In 2016 ISPT implemented Visa Spend Clarity (ex Fraedom Expense) as its Expense Management solution to support Finance and Administration workflows. The deployment was operated from the Melbourne office and used by the Manager, Administration and Support together with Finance staff to capture, approve and reconcile executive and staff travel and expense activity.
Configuration focused on standard Expense Management capabilities including expense report creation, corporate card reconciliation, manager approval workflows and administrative controls for profile and access management. Visa Spend Clarity (ex Fraedom Expense) was used for reconciliations performed for the CEO and CFO and for day to day expense entry and approval processes managed by the administration team.
Operationally the implementation was linked to travel profile administration, with staff Serko profiles created and amended as needed to support travel bookings and expense matching, and expense records and procedural documentation maintained in the Administration & Support SharePoint site. The solution supported coordination across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane administration teams as part of broader process alignment using the ISPT Business Support Manual and the Transition to Office Plan.
Governance and workflow changes centered on embedding expense reconciliation into existing administrative controls, including invoice authorization via DocuSign and SharePoint-based recordkeeping, and aligning reconciliations with established HSE and office continuity processes. The deployment positioned Visa Spend Clarity (ex Fraedom Expense) as the central Expense Management tool for ISPT finance and administration operations.

In 2016, ISPT deployed Hotjar on its public website to capture behavioral analytics and support Customer Experience initiatives. The deployment of Hotjar placed client-side digital experience instrumentation on the site to collect qualitative and quantitative user interaction data for web channels.
The Hotjar implementation leveraged standard Customer Experience capabilities including session recordings, heatmaps, conversion funnel visualization, and on-site feedback polls to surface usability and conversion friction. Configuration focused on page-level instrumentation and event capture, with data aggregated into the Hotjar dashboard for analysis.
Operational ownership was centered in ISPT's digital experience and marketing teams, with product and UX stakeholders using Hotjar output to prioritize site-level improvements and inform user research. Governance emphasis was on web channel analytics workflows and centralized access to Hotjar insights, keeping the implementation scoped to the corporate website rather than broader enterprise systems.
