The implementation included integrations and customized interfaces to business systems in the environment, specifically Alyante Enterprise ERP for transactional synchronization, MyPlan production planning for schedule handoff and feedback, DSE WMS for warehouse transactions, and LIMS for laboratory and quality data exchange. Integration work emphasized linking shop-floor execution records to supply chain and warehouse workflows and exposing operational data to downstream business processes. Governance encompassed CSV style validation and change control, with documentation produced from user requirements through validation and release, including URS, VP, RA, MT, IQ, OQ, OPQ, and VR. The rollout included formal validation support and documentation aligned to CSV practices, producing URS, VP, RA, MT, IQ, OQ, OPQ, and VR artifacts, and it incorporated Lean-oriented process reviews and standard change management protocols for production and supply chain functions.
