| Odevo | Legacy | Odevo Property Management | Real Estate Property Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2023 | 2023 | In 2023, ISTO implemented Odevo Property Management, deploying Odevo’s technical property management platform across its eastern Finland portfolio. The implementation is categorized under Real Estate Property Management and coincided with ISTO and M3 Isännöinti enlarging Odevo’s managed footprint by 19,000 properties and 1,100 customers. Odevo Property Management was configured to support core Real Estate Property Management workflows, including centralized property records, maintenance and service ticketing, asset lifecycle tracking, tenant communications, and contract and rent administration. Configuration emphasized technical property management capabilities, aligning operational modules with housing association requirements and industry standard maintenance workflows. The deployment covers property operations, maintenance teams, customer service, and technical property management staff across eastern Finland, and leverages the same platform that is already used by more than one third of Swedish housing associations. Integrations were scoped to connect with ISTO’s existing financial and communications systems to enable billing, reporting, and tenant engagement without naming external vendors. Governance for the rollout established a central data model and standardized maintenance processes to support cross-site operational consistency, and the program was positioned as the first technical property management platform of its kind in Finland. Operational transition focused on embedding standardized workflows and a unified property register, while extending Odevo’s platform footprint through the ISTO and M3 Isännöinti onboarding. |
