The implementation emphasized integrating customer, vendor and employee data throughout engineering and construction operations and enabling decentralized, mobile access through web and mobile oriented capabilities aligned to Construction ERP requirements. Governance and process changes focused on eliminating duplicate effort across disparate systems and standardizing business process management to consistently execute project delivery workflows. ITAC leadership framed the Penta Construction implementation as an investment expected to deliver improved performance, productivity and accuracy in managing project cost control, purchasing and time tracking. |
