hireful Legacy hireful ATS Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Barbour implemented hireful ATS as its Applicant Tracking System. The deployment embeds hireful ATS into Barbour's public careers site, serving as the primary platform for live vacancy publication and online candidate application intake. The hireful ATS configuration emphasizes core applicant tracking workflows, including job posting and vacancy management, candidate application capture and resume parsing, configurable application forms, interview scheduling, and candidate pipeline status tracking. hireful ATS is used to present branded job listings on the company's website and to standardize application data capture consistent with typical Applicant Tracking System functional models. Operational ownership is centered in HR and talent acquisition, with the system governing vacancy publishing workflows and recruiter and hiring manager access controls for screening and interview coordination. The implementation connects the corporate careers front end to hireful ATS to centralize recruiting activity on the website and to provide a single source of record for applicant data.

Infor Legacy Infor M3 Manufacturing ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2020 2020
In 2020 Barbour upgraded Infor M3 to the latest SaaS Cloud Suite on AWS as its Manufacturing ERP. The end to end implementation ran from March 2020 to April 2021 under a dedicated project manager at J Barbour & Sons, focusing on finance and operations across manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, sales and retail. Infor M3 was configured to support finance, manufacturing execution, distribution and supply chain planning, alongside sales and retail order management, with new dashboards and reporting deployed to improve operational visibility. The rollout included configuration and introduction of Factory Track capabilities to drive process improvements on the shop floor and to align manufacturing execution with supply chain workflows. Deployment architecture centered on Infor CloudSuite hosted on AWS as a SaaS model, with development and integrations managed as part of the program. The project encompassed system testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing, and a staged implementation approach to sequence cutover across impacted business functions and teams. Program governance was formalized through an agreed Statement of Work, facilitated user workshops to define requirements, approval gates for design, and managed development cycles through to implementation. The implementation provided the business with new functionality including dashboards and reporting and introduced Factory Track as a process change to operational workflows.
