Jill's Retail Merchandising and Planning suite applications, with configuration focused on core merchandising catalogs, item master, price management and allocation workflows. Implementation work followed Retail Management functional patterns for assortment, pricing and allocation control while embedding subject matter expert oversight for application lifecycle and configuration governance.
Operational scope covered merchandising, planning, store operations and finance functional areas, with Oracle RIB used to orchestrate integration and data flows between sales audit, store inventory, invoice processing, trade management and financial processes. Functional modules explicitly implemented included Retail Sales Audit, Retail Trade Management, Retail Invoice Match, Store Inventory Management, Retail Price Management and the Retail Integration Bus, alongside BY Allocation and BY Enterprise planning for allocation and planning control. Governance and ongoing maintenance responsibilities rested with inhouse subject matter experts who owned architecture, configuration management, release coordination and cross functional workflow alignment. The Oracle Retail Merchandising System serves as the central merchandising, pricing and allocation hub within J. Jill's Retail Management application landscape.
