Functional modules explicitly implemented included Retail Sales Audit, Retail Trade Management, Retail Invoice Match, Store Inventory Management, Retail Price Management and the Retail Integration Bus, alongside BY Allocation and BY Enterprise planning for allocation and planning control. Governance and ongoing maintenance responsibilities rested with inhouse subject matter experts who owned architecture, configuration management, release coordination and cross functional workflow alignment. The Oracle Retail Merchandising System serves as the central merchandising, pricing and allocation hub within J. Jill's Retail Management application landscape.
