In 2021, J.P. Morgan Asset Management Luxembourg deployed Bravura GFAS from Bravura Solutions as its Transfer Agency application to underpin outsourced servicing for its liquidity funds through JPMorgan Bank CIB. The implementation placed Bravura GFAS at the center of transfer agency operations for the Luxembourg entity, establishing a program structure to validate data loads, acceptance testing, and operational cutover sequencing.
The engagement included a Test Manager assignment from June 2021 through March 2022 based in Luxembourg, responsible for planning and executing user acceptance testing phases and orchestrating a six week Joint Model Office period. Project responsibilities explicitly covered data validation and load processes to ensure the book of business was transitioned and loaded into the CIB GFAS environment, plus ownership of dress rehearsal and Go Live runbooks to drive operational readiness.
Configuration work focused on Transfer Agency functional workflows typical to Bravura GFAS, including investor record management, transaction lifecycle processing, reconciliation and reporting orchestration, and automated data ingestion for book maintenance. Test and configuration cycles emphasized data integrity, workflow orchestration for investor servicing and transaction posting, and the establishment of reporting checkpoints aligned to transfer agency operations.
Governance and rollout routines were formalized around the Joint Model Office cadence and the UAT acceptance gates, with centralized runbook control for dress rehearsal and production cutover execution. Operational coverage was concentrated on JPMorgan Asset Management Luxembourg transfer agency teams and the interfacing JPMorgan Bank CIB platform, with test management maintaining execution discipline from June 2021 to March 2022.
