Operational modules and capabilities in use included ledger management, accounts receivable posting, statement generation, cash application and reconciliation, and credit control workflows that routed collections activity and month-end tasks through the system.
Operational coverage centered on the credit control team, who used Infor SunSystems to allocate incoming payments against client statements, reconcile client accounts and contact customers worldwide by phone and email. Day-to-day activities documented in the deployment included raising invoices and credit notes within Infor SunSystems, sending out statements daily, and reconciling client statements to determine paid versus outstanding items.
Governance and process changes emphasized centralizing daily statement issuance and assigning credit controller ownership for ledger reconciliations and month-end collection targets. Explicit outcomes recorded in this context included managing and collecting debt in excess of one million pounds and meeting monthly collection targets through the structured use of Infor SunSystems.

Governance and operational coverage were implemented at group level, including security controls that supported PCI DSS accreditation and GDPR compliance, and a ServiceNow helpdesk configured with integrated internal and external SLAs. Operational support was extended to 24/7 coverage across the group with reporting consumption by IT, finance and operational teams in offices in 13 countries, making JacTravel Microsoft Power BI Analytics and BI the primary reporting platform for enterprise decision support.
