In 2015 Jaidah Group implemented Volaris Incadea DMS as its Dealership Management application across its Qatar operations, targeting parts, service and bodyshop workflows across nine outlets. The deployment concentrated on parts inventory control and after-sales operations, aligning system configuration with GM distributor requirements and the companys existing retail and service channels.
Volaris Incadea DMS was configured to support core Dealership Management capabilities including parts inventory optimization, parts purchasing and supplier coordination, accessories retailing, workshop and quick service center operations, bodyshop parts handling, and KPI reporting. The project included design of a new central parts warehouse and initial parts ordering workflows for the Hyundai agency handover, and introduced electronic SOPs and video based process documentation to reduce paper usage.
Operational integration focused on process alignment and data synchronization with GM related supply and inventory processes, notably streamlining GM Retail Inventory Management RIM processes and ongoing liaison with the GM Middle East Distribution Centre and GM Middle East Office. The implementation involved training and rollout activities for a 47 person parts and service team, and embedded monthly KPI reporting to GM and company senior management.
Governance and business outcomes were explicit and measurable within the provided context, with parts department turnover exceeding USD 25 million and improvements in parts service rate from 92% to 98%. Quick service centre parts sales grew 23% year on year, retail parts sales grew 18% year on year, and bodyshop parts business grew 23% year on year. The program achieved GM parts purchase objectives twice, generating close to USD 900K in incentives, and earned positive auditor feedback for the move toward a paperless office. The Volaris Incadea DMS implementation therefore supported strengthened parts and after-sales governance, inventory discipline, and accessory sales performance within Jaidah Groups Dealership Management operations.
