In 2020, JD Euroway implemented Nominodata to support customer screening and KYC processing. The deployment targeted AML, Fraud and Compliance workflows within the bank's onboarding and risk functions.
Nominodata was configured to handle screening, identity verification, and enhanced due diligence case management in alignment with the company's onboarding and KYC specialist activities. The implementation standardized capture and verification of KYC documentation including client information sheets CIS, NDAs, onboarding forms, and Source of Funds and Source of Wealth documentation. Nominodata's case management capabilities were used to prepare detailed due diligence and risk assessment reports and to document compliance recommendations.
Operational integration linked Nominodata with SEON for customer screening and with NexorOne for onboarding workflow orchestration and account openings. These integrations supported front line onboarding staff and the compliance team in responding to client queries while preserving audit trails. The scope included KYC and EDD handling for high risk and complex clients managed by the Onboarding and KYC Specialist role.
Governance was formalized through documented workflows for EDD, suspicious activity escalation, and standardized reporting to internal compliance, reflecting the business functions of onboarding, risk, and compliance. Training and process ownership rested with the onboarding and compliance teams, who used Nominodata as the primary screening and due diligence engine across JD Euroway's Canadian operations.
