Oracle Legacy Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, JLL Australia implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as its core ERP Financial application to support client finance transitions and centralized corporate accounting. The implementation targeted finance functions across JLL’s corporate offices in Melbourne and Sydney, the Shared Service Centre, and client account teams, with the application used to establish ERP-led GL structures for new client accounts and to standardize finance processes during client onboarding. Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne was configured to provide core financial modules including general ledger configuration, account structure design for client entities, bank account setup workflows, and an accounts payable stream managed through a Paperless Accounts Payable system. The deployment included finance system user acceptance testing, documentation of finance transition processes, and configuration to produce client reporting outputs that meet contractual requirements, emphasizing GL links and reporting fit for purpose. The JDE implementation was integrated operationally with other finance and operations systems referenced in transition activities, including Corrigo for operational links, Budget TM1 for planning inputs, CAAPS and various client reporting tools for consolidated reporting and data exchange. Integration scope extended across business lines and corporate teams to ensure client data design, reporting outputs and system readiness aligned with contract deliverables and go-live schedules. Governance centered on a dedicated finance transition team, a defined meeting cadence, transition documentation and status reporting, and finance business partner ownership of client finance readiness. The program included finance user onboarding and training, finance system UAT management, and ongoing configuration optimization to maintain best practice controls and meet JLL governance requirements for ERP Financial operations.

Workday Legacy Workday HCM Core HR HCM n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, JLL Australia implemented Workday HCM as its Core HR solution to consolidate employee data and establish a modern HR platform aligned with JLL's global strategic goals. The implementation was executed as part of a broader global change and transformation programme that sought standardization across HR and payroll processes. Workday HCM was configured to support core HR functions including organizational management, position and job frameworks, workforce lifecycle events, and time and absence recording while serving as the authoritative HR data model for the region. The deployment included payroll integration touchpoints and time and labour workflows to enable downstream payroll processing. This configuration positioned Workday HCM as the central Core HR system for HR and workforce administration at JLL Australia. Integrations explicitly delivered as part of the programme included ADP Global View Payroll and the Time and Labour eTime platform, with operational links to PS9.2 as documented in programme artefacts. The Workday roll-out sat alongside financial and planning initiatives delivered under the same transformation programme, including OneStream for financial consolidation, Hyperion Planning for budgeting and forecasting, and Cognos TM1 in EMEA. These systems formed the broader application landscape that interfaced with HR and payroll workflows. Programme governance emphasized centralized programme operations and stakeholder management, with Alastair leading payroll strategy, mobilisation and strategic sourcing including negotiation of the ADP payroll platform. His responsibilities included programme management across multiple pillars, payroll lead duties on the operations board, and leadership of integrations between Workday HCM, ADP Global View Payroll and Time and Labour eTime. The implementation combined technical configuration, integration orchestration and cross-functional governance to embed Workday HCM into HR and payroll operations.
