The deployment included finance system user acceptance testing, documentation of finance transition processes, and configuration to produce client reporting outputs that meet contractual requirements, emphasizing GL links and reporting fit for purpose.
The JDE implementation was integrated operationally with other finance and operations systems referenced in transition activities, including Corrigo for operational links, Budget TM1 for planning inputs, CAAPS and various client reporting tools for consolidated reporting and data exchange. Integration scope extended across business lines and corporate teams to ensure client data design, reporting outputs and system readiness aligned with contract deliverables and go-live schedules.

The implementation combined technical configuration, integration orchestration and cross-functional governance to embed Workday HCM into HR and payroll operations.
