Kerridge Commercial Systems Limited Legacy MAM Software Phocas BI Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2017 2017
In 2017 JRP Distribution deployed MAM Software Phocas BI, an Analytics and BI application, to centralize sales, stock and financial reporting across its UK and international businesses. The implementation was scoped to address reporting needs for sales and finance teams within the distributor, consolidating transactional and inventory reporting into a single BI layer. MAM Software Phocas BI was configured to ingest data from the company Autopart MAM ERP to enable faster self-service dashboards, ad hoc analysis and improved stock analytics. Functional capability workstreams focused on sales dashboards, inventory analytics and consolidated financial reporting, combined with standardized data models and pre-built visualizations to accelerate dashboard adoption. Integrations explicitly included the Autopart MAM ERP and documented Klipboard/Autopart connections to maintain a continuous feed of sales and stock data into Phocas. Rollout emphasized centralization and user adoption across the distributor’s UK and international operations, with governance centered on standardized dashboards for sales and finance, and the project delivered faster self-service dashboards for sales and finance, improved stock analytics and wider user adoption.
