In 2020 Kadaster implemented Accruent FAMIS 360 as its Facility Management application to consolidate facilities, real estate, and maintenance operations across the organization. The deployment targeted Kadaster’s facilities organization in the Netherlands and was scoped to support facilities management, asset stewardship, and maintenance planning for a 2,500 person public services organization.
Accruent FAMIS 360 was configured to deliver core Facility Management capabilities including a centralized asset register, work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, space and lease management, and inventory control. Configuration emphasized a single asset identifier model, role based access controls, configurable workflows for reactive and planned maintenance, and mobile work order access for field technicians, aligning with standard Facility Management functional patterns.
Reporting and visualization were integrated with Tableau, with Kadaster exposing operational dashboards through Tableau on their website to surface asset and maintenance KPIs to internal stakeholders. Operational coverage was across facilities and property portfolios, with FAMIS 360 acting as the authoritative source for maintenance activity and asset status while feeding visualization via Tableau for consumption by facilities managers and executive sponsors.
Governance was structured around centralized process ownership in facilities and property management, enforcing standardized maintenance workflows, data governance for asset master records, and staged rollout sequencing by site and building type. Change control and role based provisioning supported controlled adoption and ongoing configuration management of Accruent FAMIS 360 within Kadaster’s Facility Management organization.

Operational ownership was placed with Kadaster's digital channels and citizen service teams, who controlled conversation content, service triggers and privacy settings through the application administration. Governance emphasis included content approval processes, session handling policies and public sector data handling compliance during rollout and ongoing operations.
