Governance and rollout were structured around establishing best practices for hotel operations, with process changes that included training and development of guest service and maintenance staff, standardized scheduling for direct guest positions, and documented workflows for payables and deposits. Operational ownership rested with property management and engineering leads, supported by procedural controls to sustain consistent maintenance execution and asset documentation.
