| UNIT4 | Legacy | Unit4 Prosoft Leave Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 | In 2015 Kaplan implemented Unit4 Prosoft Leave Management as its Absence and Leave Management solution within the HRIS environment. The main administrator centrally managed employee master data, the Leave & Benefit System and first-line support for Prosoft e-Leave and e-Claim user inquiries. The deployment included a migration of Prosoft from version 7 to version 8.5, which focused on updating application controls and preserving configured HRIS and leave settings. Core functional modules implemented comprised Prosoft e-Leave, e-Claim, leave balance tracking and benefit entitlement management, aligned with Absence and Leave Management workflows and approval routing. Operational integrations were centered on payroll administration and statutory filing processes, with clear operational responsibilities for monthly CPF submission, e-filing of income tax and IR21 submission when required. The implementation supported Singapore payroll operations and cost verification for China staff, and it operated alongside group insurance and workmen compensation administration. Business functions impacted included HR operations, payroll, benefits administration and recruitment onboarding workflows. Governance and operational ownership rested with a single HR administrator who managed data entry, leave and benefits updates, payroll coordination, onboarding and off-boarding activities and mentoring of new HR colleagues. The version 8.5 upgrade was the principal rollout activity and was executed in parallel with ongoing payroll tasks such as salary and allowance processing, last pay calculations for resignees and coordination with banks and vendors for employee services. Recruitment administration, government paid leave claims and routine HR administrative projects remained integrated into the same administrative domain supporting Unit4 Prosoft Leave Management. | |
