The program included integrations with payroll and time systems as part of concurrent technical upgrades and system integrations led by the HR project lead, enabling data handoffs for new hires and alignment with timekeeping and payroll processes. Operational ownership spanned HR, payroll, benefits administration and site leadership across the affected locations, with project management conducted from the Denver HR organization. Governance established cross divisional decision forums, a detailed project plan, communications cadence and site level training to manage compliance risks and rollout sequencing. The migration from manual I 9 forms to Equifax I-9 Anywhere was executed with project oversight through 2016 and achieved a documented outcome of 100 percent correct completion of I 9s.
