Governance followed a long-term vendor engagement model with phased regional rollouts and ongoing configuration to address tax and fraud complexities across jurisdictions. The long-term engagement included deployment of Smart Replay to support Southern Europe expansion and drove double-digit growth in customer lifetime value.
