The initiative targeted customer lifecycle orchestration across marketing and CRM teams to unify decisioning for promotional and retention campaigns.
The implementation configured BrazeAI Decisioning Studio™ decisioning and orchestration capabilities to create individualized message selection, channel routing, send timing optimization and creative variation, and to operationalize offers at the individual level. Functional workflows emphasized campaign decisioning, real-time personalization and orchestration across email, push, in-app and other direct messaging channels, with rules and model-driven logic centralized in the Customer Cortex. Configuration focused on consistent creative and offer selection across touchpoints to support subscription funnels and cross-sell journeys.
