Braze Legacy BrazeAI Chatbots and Conversational AI AI-Powered Application n/a 2023 2024
In 2023, Kayo Sports Australia implemented BrazeAI Decisioning Studio™ to build a Customer Cortex that personalizes messaging, channel, timing, creative and offers at 1:1 scale. The deployment was a CRM and marketing implementation in Australia focused on subscription acquisition and cross-sell motions, positioning BrazeAI Decisioning Studio™ as the core Chatbots and Conversational AI decisioning layer for customer engagement. The initiative targeted customer lifecycle orchestration across marketing and CRM teams to unify decisioning for promotional and retention campaigns. The implementation configured BrazeAI Decisioning Studio™ decisioning and orchestration capabilities to create individualized message selection, channel routing, send timing optimization and creative variation, and to operationalize offers at the individual level. Functional workflows emphasized campaign decisioning, real-time personalization and orchestration across email, push, in-app and other direct messaging channels, with rules and model-driven logic centralized in the Customer Cortex. Configuration focused on consistent creative and offer selection across touchpoints to support subscription funnels and cross-sell journeys. Kayo reported measurable outcomes from the BrazeAI Decisioning Studio™ deployment, including a 14% increase in subscriptions in FY24 and a 105% increase in cross-sells attributed to the Customer Cortex. Governance and rollout were managed by marketing and CRM teams who centralized decision authority and operationalized machine-driven decisioning into campaign workflows. The work aligned the Chatbots and Conversational AI application to core subscription, retention and cross-sell business functions across Australia.
