SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was deployed alongside other enterprise systems including Maximo 7.5 for asset management, enabling integration points for work order cost capture and asset depreciation postings. Governance and rollout were driven by a business analyst and solution architect with significant IBM Maximo experience and overall asset management domain experience of five years, who was a qualified engineering graduate. That role led requirements capture, solution design, configuration, user acceptance testing, knowledge transfer and establishment of operating procedures across maintenance, engineering, inventory and operations teams to sustain the Enterprise Asset Management program.
