The integration established a flow from complaint submission to CRM ticketing and voucher delivery, enabling end to end traceability between the Point Of Sale layer, the CRM, and the voucher engine.
Operational coverage included more than 950 locations in the United Kingdom and the restaurant customer service and complaint management functions, converting manual complaint handling into a digital workflow.
