In 2021, Kiabi France deployed the MindOnSite LMS to centralize employee learning, support onboarding and enable manager-led development within its Training & Development Institute. The MindOnSite LMS, classified under Learning and Development, was provisioned across France and other countries to extend digital training access to store and logistics staff and to support faster onboarding for newly opened countries.
Configuration focused on learner enrollment, structured onboarding pathways, manager assignment workflows and digital course delivery tailored to frontline retail and logistics roles.
