In 2018, KidKraft implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to consolidate finance, sales operations and inventory management under an ERP Financial platform. The deployment used NetSuite OneWorld and was executed with One Pacific serving as the systems integrator.
The Oracle NetSuite ERP rollout focused on standard ERP Financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, order to cash orchestration, and inventory control, with configuration for intercompany accounting and multi currency transaction handling. Automation of order workflows and inventory valuation processes were part of the configuration to align commercial and supply chain operations.
Operational coverage included finance, sales operations and inventory across KidKraft's domestic channels and its expanding international footprint, leveraging NetSuite OneWorld for multi subsidiary visibility. The implementation aligned transactional workflows to support consolidated financial reporting and centralized inventory visibility.
Governance changes instituted during the rollout included centralizing financial process ownership, formalizing sales operations workflows, and strengthening inventory governance across sites. One Pacific helped streamline these functions and their work propelled KidKraft to further increase their international expansion.
