Operational scope covers the companys Italy office and distribution network of independent agents, customer service workflows that previously handled order entry, and warehouse fulfillment processes tied to the companys Hong Kong production and international distribution footprint. Governance and process changes shifted order capture from manual spreadsheet and email processes to automated workflows and self-service agent ordering, removing routine data entry from the COO and customer service team and centralizing integration logic in Workato recipes. The project produced instant sales data synchronization and fully automated wholesale order processing without human intervention, and D1 Milano is extending modular connectors to surface regional KPIs and to automate logistics handoffs as part of a broader eCommerce automation roadmap. | |
