The deployment was focused in the United Kingdom and targeted finance and operations to bring fee processing in-house. Contemi Wealth Intelligence is an Asset and Wealth Management application used to centralize fee calculation, billing configuration and regulatory reporting workflows for the firm. The implementation centered on Contemi's fees and fee-processing module to automate fee lifecycle tasks including fee calculation, billing schedule orchestration and configurable fee structures. Configuration work emphasized fee flexibility to support advisor and product level fee models and to reduce manual intervention in monthly processing. The case study reports reduced manual processing and greater control of fee structures after the implementation. Operationally, the rollout shifted fee processing ownership to internal finance and operations teams and introduced controls and reporting to improve regulatory transparency within the UK business. Governance changes included centralizing fee configuration, formalizing approval workflows and instrumenting operational processes for ongoing maintenance and oversight. The deployment established Contemi Wealth Intelligence as the firm's system of record for fee management within its Asset and Wealth Management stack.
