| Sage | Legacy | Sage 200 | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015 Kinaxia Logistics implemented Sage 200. The Sage 200 deployment serves as the core ERP Financial application for the company, supporting accounts payable, purchase ledger and customer invoicing workflows.
Functional configuration emphasized accounts payable and purchase ledger capabilities, with day-to-day activities including posting and allocating payments, coding and publishing supplier invoices on Sage 200, and producing purchase ledger data used for accruals. The system is used for supplier statement reconciliation, setting up and maintaining account records, and preparing customer invoices, reflecting general ledger and reporting workflows typical of an ERP Financial implementation.
Operational processes tie Sage 200 to bank payment operations through a twice weekly Barclays payment run managed by the finance team, and to operational invoicing flows that reference the Stirling system for customer order data. Finance staff augment Sage 200 with Excel-based reporting to produce monthly profit and loss analyses and to support month and year end ledger matching.
The implementation is operated within a small finance team reporting to the Finance Manager, who governs invoice authorization and month-end close activities. Workflows established include distributing invoices to managers for approval, reconciling supplier statements before payment, setting up new accounts in Sage 200, and using MS Office tools for reporting and communication.

In 2015 Kinaxia Logistics implemented Microsoft 365 as its enterprise Collaboration platform. The Microsoft 365 deployment is surfaced on Kinaxia's public website and functions as a cloud-hosted collaboration backbone for the company’s United Kingdom operations, consolidating productivity apps and corporate mailboxes into a single tenant to support communications and document-centric workflows across logistics teams.
Configuration emphasized core Collaboration capabilities, including Exchange Online for email, Microsoft Teams for real-time communications, SharePoint Online for intranet and document libraries, OneDrive for Business for user file sync, and Office desktop and web applications for authoring. Tenant-level governance was applied through Microsoft 365 administration and Azure Active Directory identity services to enforce role-based access, conditional access and compliance controls, and the implementation standardized document versioning, team channels and shared site libraries to support operations, transport planning and back office collaboration under the Kinaxia Logistics Microsoft 365 Collaboration environment.
