In 2020, Kirin Business System implemented Works HI Company HR as its Core HR platform, consolidating group-level personnel administration under vendor Works Human Intelligence Co. The deployment serves shared HR and payroll processes for roughly 13,000 employees across 23 Kirin Group companies and continues the COMPANY series footprint that the group has managed since 2004.
The Works HI Company HR implementation configured core modules including COMPANY HR/Payroll for payroll calculation, COMPANY Web Service for centralized personnel records and employee self-service, and COMPANY Employment/Project Management for staffing and project assignment tracking. The packaged COMPANY series was used to standardize personnel master data and payroll workflows, establishing a centralized authoritative record for HR operations across the group.
Operational governance is held by the Human Resources System Group in the Group Common System Control Department, which led the review of personnel and labor management in 2021 and decided to continue with the COMPANY lineup and migrate to the latest version Ver.8.
