In 2020, K&K Fashion Vietnam implemented Appier Personalization Cloud, known as AIQUA, to support its digital marketing programs in Vietnam. The deployment targeted marketing automation and 1:1 product recommendations across the retailer's e-commerce storefront, email channels, and mobile app, aligning with the Personalization and Product Recommendations application category.
The implementation configured marketing automation workflows, behavioral recommendation engines, and channel orchestration to deliver personalized content and product suggestions across site, email, and app touchpoints. Integrations linked the Personalization Cloud to the e-commerce platform, email delivery workflows, and mobile app APIs to enable real time recommendations and triggered campaigns. Governance and operational ownership rested with the marketing organization, which managed segmentation rules, campaign templates, and staged channel rollouts. Appier reports session duration 236% higher and conversion rate 150% higher in vendor case material following use of AIQUA.
