In 2020, KLP Group implemented Cisco Webex Meetings as its primary Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution from Cisco Systems, and the product is embedded on the corporate website to surface browser-based join flows for external stakeholders. KLP Group uses Cisco Webex Meetings as its Audio Video and Web Conferencing platform to support customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration across its Norway operations.
The deployment emphasizes standard Webex Meetings capabilities, including browser-based audio and video conferencing, screen sharing, meeting recording, and in-meeting moderation controls. Cisco Webex Meetings is configured to deliver customer-facing meeting entry points on the website and to provide hosted meeting sessions without requiring native client installs for external participants.
Integration is centered on the website front end, where Cisco Webex Meetings is surfaced as an embedded conferencing endpoint and meeting join mechanism, and the solution is positioned to serve both external stakeholder interactions and internal collaboration use cases. The implementation aligns the application with digital engagement workflows, enabling scheduled and ad hoc sessions initiated from the corporate site.
Governance is aligned to IT managed policies for user provisioning, meeting access controls, and configuration of moderation and recording settings, with administrative oversight expected from central IT to control external meeting exposure and participant access. The narrative ties KLP Group, Cisco Webex Meetings, Audio Video and Web Conferencing and business functions into a single operational picture focused on web-embedded conferencing for customer and internal collaboration.

| Apache Software | Legacy | Apache JMeter | Application Performance Management | ITSM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, KLP Group implemented Apache JMeter as part of its Application Performance Management tooling to formalize performance testing across its insurance platform development. The work began under a Testleder-led QA program in Oslo, integrating performance practice into sprint-based delivery since February 2020.
Apache JMeter was used as the core performance testing engine for API and service-level load scenarios, with formal test strategies and test plans created for functional and non functional verification. The implementation included scripted test scenarios and execution plans tied to performance test cycles, and it was complemented by virtual service development using ReadyAPI to simulate downstream systems during load runs.
The performance practice operated alongside an automation and CI ecosystem, with API automation built in Postman using Java scripting and executed in the CI pipeline on Jenkins via the Newman CLI. Web automation and regression work were handled with Fitness scripting in Java and Cypress, while test management, planning, execution, and reporting were coordinated through Jira and Confluence. The applications under test included a Java Spring Boot backend and a React frontend that produced the request and response flows used by virtual services.
Governance and process changes accompanied the implementation, led by the Testleder role and embedded in Scrum teams, focusing on test process improvement, close coordination with vendors to improve deliverable quality, and formalized test reporting and communication across QA and development teams.
